After an initial meeting in Melbourne on December 21st, the organisation was registered on December 23rd 1999.

The original caretaker board comprised seven volunteer Directors and one by invitation who managed the Company until the first AGM in August 2000 when an election process was put in place.

Since then time has been spent in developing a Business Plan to document the operations of the company and as a guide to overall operations. This has been regularly updated as necessary to reflect the ongoing activities of the organisation.
